Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - LG G4™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Application icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange MS Exchange icon.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
