Verizon Cloud - Apple® iPad® - Manage Music

Note Notes:

  • Uploading or downloading music to an Apple iOS device with the Verizon Cloud is not currently supported.
  • The following steps apply to the most recent version so ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date.

 

Caution If you choose 'All Files' from the Verizon Cloud menu then access your content folders, you may see a screen where there is no back or menu button. If so, simply swipe the screen from left to right to return to the main menu.

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud Icon.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
  3. Tap Music.
    Tap Music
  4. Tap a sorting option (located at the bottom):
    • Now Playing
    • Albums
    • Artists
    • Songs
    • Genres
    • Playlists
    Music Sorting Options
    Play Song
    Remove Song from Playlist
    Delete Playlist
  5. Navigate to a song then tap the Contextual Menu icon (upper-right).
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  6. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  7. Select a song(s) then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
    Add to Playlist
    Create Favorite
    Info
    Delete Song

 

Play Song

Navigate to a song then tap the song.
Tap the Song

Add to Playlist

  1. Tap Add to Playlist.
    Tap Add To Playlist
  2. Tap New Playlist (located at the bottom).
    Note To add to an existing playlist, select a playlist then tap the check mark to confirm the selection.
    Tap New Playlist
  3. Enter a playlist name then tap Save.
    Tap Save

Tap Favorite.

  1. Tap Info.
    Tap Info
  2. View the song info then tap Cancel.
    • Name
    • Artist
    • Album
    • Genre

  1. Tap Delete.
    Tap Delete
  2. When prompted with 'Delete Song(s)?', tap Yes.

Remove Song from Playlist

  1. Tap Playlists from the sorting options (located at the bottom).
    Tap Playlist
  2. Tap a playlist.
    Tap a Playlist
  3. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Contextual Menu Icon (located in the upper-right).
  4. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  5. Tap a song(s) then tap the Contextual Menu (in the upper-right).
    Tap the Menu
  6. Tap Remove from Playlist.
    Tap Remove From Playlist
  7. When prompted with 'Remove Song(s)?', tap Yes.
