Due to an industry change around internet privacy and security, you may be unable to access certain HTML secure pages (HTTPS/SSL) with Mobile Web.
Additionally, effective 12/29/2016, My Verizon mobile, is inaccessible as a part of this change. Manage your account by visiting vzw.com/myverizon from your computer or dial the following #functions on your device: #BAL (#225) for current account balance, #PMT (#768) to make a payment.
To activate service from the phone, you must be in the Verizon Wireless Enhanced Service Area.
Launch the Mobile Web browser from your handset. You are automatically redirected to the Wireless Internet Sign Up page.
Select Subscribe and read the Terms & Conditions.
Using the soft keys, choose Accept to proceed. You will be given the option to cancel before confirming the order in the next step.
At the Confirmation screen, select Confirm to add the Mobile Web service.
The Mobile Web service has now been added to your device.
It may take several minutes for the registration to complete. If you launch your browser and see the Wireless Internet Sign Up page, please wait a few minutes then try again.
