Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - HTC Desire 526

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts & sync.
  2. Tap Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
