Note Messages and call logs on the device are backed up but are not viewable on the Cloud website.

  1. From the Verizon Cloud main screen, tap the Settings icon Settings Icon (located at the bottom of the screen).
  2. From the settings screen, select which option to adjust.

  1. Tap Select what to back up.
    Select What to Backup
  2. Select the options then tap ok:
    Note Item is selected when a check mark is present.
    • Contacts
    • Photos
    • Videos
    • Music
    • Documents
    Tap OK

  2. Select an option then tap ok:
    Note Item is selected when a dot is present.
    • Wi-Fi Only
    • Wi-Fi and Mobile Networks
    Tap OK

  1. Tap Notifications.

  2. Tap the On/Off switch then tap ok.
    Tap OK

  1. Tap Email Address.
    Tap Email address
  2. Enter or change the email address then tap ok.
    Tap OK

Upgrade Storage

  1. Tap Upgrade (located in the upper-right).
    Tap Upgrade
  2. Select a plan option then tap next:
    • 250GB
    • 150GB
    • 75GB
    • 25GB
    • 2GB
    Tap Next
  3. To confirm the plan option, tap yes, upgrade.
