Manage Interruptions - HTC Desire 626

Note Notes:

  • The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Sound & notification..
    Note Ensure Sound profile is set to "Sound" or "Vibrate only".
  2. Tap Do not disturb.
  3. Tap Do Not Disturb mode then select one of the following option:
    • Off
    • Priority
    • On
  4. From Set Timer screen, select the desired time (e.g., until turned off, for 8 hours, etc.) then tap OK.
  5. Tap Auto Decline incoming calls to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark Check mark icon is present.
  6. Tap Play alarms to enable or disable while in On mode.
    Note Enabled when a check mark Check mark icon is present.
  7. When Priority mode is selected:
    1. Ensure the following options are set to on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon as desired:
      • Events and reminders
      • Calls
      • Messages
    2. Tap Calls or message from then choose the desired option (e.g., Anyone, Contacts only, etc.).
    3. To add contacts to the exception list:
      1. Tap Manage Approved Contacts.
      2. Tap the Add icon Add icon (located in the upper-right).
      3. Select the contact(s), tap Save then tap OK.
        Note Selected when a check mark is present.
        Note To remove a contact from the list, touch and hold the contact, tap Remove contact then tap OK.
