Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Note5

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. Tap the appropriate email account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
