Create and Send a Text Message - Samsung Galaxy S6 edge +

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon > Samsung folder > Messages.
  2. From the Inbox, tap Compose Compose message icon (located in the lower-right).
  3. From the 'Search Contacts or enter number' field, enter a 10-digit mobile number or a contact name.
    Note As the number or name is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
  4. Tap the Compose button (located in the upper-right).
    Note If prompted, tap Allow to enable Messaging to access your media.
  5. To add a subject:
    1. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
    2. Tap Add subject.
    3. Enter a subject.
  6. To add an attachment:
    1. Tap Attach Attachment icon (located in the lower-left).
    2. Tap the attachment type (e.g., Camera, Gallery, Other).
    3. Locate then tap the preferred file or attachment.
  7. From the Enter message field, enter a message.
  8. Tap Send (located in the lower-right).
