Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - BlackBerry®

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login / not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Home screen, select Messages.
  2. Press the Menu button Menu button then select Options.
  3. Select Email Account Management.
  4. Highlight the appropriate email account then press the Menu button Menu button.
  5. Select Delete.
