Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) Sync Settings - Samsung Galaxy Tab® 4 (10.1)

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange Activesync.
  3. Tap Settings then tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap Sync settings then configure options (e.g., Sync Email, etc.) as preferred.
  5. Tap the Back icon Back button icon (located in the lower right) then tap More settings.
  6. Tap Folder sync settings then tap a folder to configure sync settings.
  7. Tap the Back icon twice.
  8. Tap Period to sync Calendar then tap an option (e.g., 2 weeks, etc.).
  9. Tap In case of sync conflict then tap an option (e.g., Device has priority, etc.).
  10. Tap a Sync option (e.g., Sync Contacts, etc.) to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
