Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Tab® 4 (10.1)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings.
  2. From the Accounts section, tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account (located in the upper-right).
  6. From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
