Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy S6 edge +

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. If more than one account, tap the account you wish to remove.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
