Samsung Galaxy Tab E - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions only apply to the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  3. Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal (IMAP), etc.).
  4. If necessary, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu (upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. To confirm, review the notification then tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
