Note If the Verizon Connection Manager app has been uninstalled, an alternate method to view the SIM card number is available. The app can also be reinstalled via the Windows Store.

  1. From the Start screen, tap Verizon Connection Manager.
    Note If not available, swipe up (starting from the middle of the screen) to display the Apps screen then tap Verizon Connection Manager.
  2. From the 'Device Information' section, view the ICCID (located under SIM Information).
    Note If not available, tap the Dropdown menu located at the top then tap Device Information.

  1. Remove the SIM card.
  2. With the gold contacts facing down, view the 20-digit SIM card number.

View via Device (Alternate Method)

  1. From the right edge of the screen, swipe left to display the charms menu.
    Swipe left with Charms menu
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Change PC settings (located in the lower-right).
  4. From the left-pane, tap Network.
    Note If not available, tap the Back icon Back icon (located in the upper-left) as necessary until 'PC settings' appears in the upper-left.
  5. Ensure that 'Connections' is selected from the left-pane then tap Verizon Wireless from the 'Mobile broadband' section.
  6. From the 'Properties' section, view the SIM ICCID (may require scrolling to the bottom).
