Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Windows 8
Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
From the Start screen, tap or click Mail.
If not available, swipe up (starting from the middle of the screen) to display the Apps screen then tap or click Mail.
From the right edge of the screen, swipe left to display the charms menu.
If using a mouse, move the pointer to the upper or lower-right corner of the Start screen then move up/down.
Alternatively, press the Windows+C keys ( +C) located on the physical keyboard (if available).
Tap or click Settings.
Tap or click Accounts.
Tap or click the Exchange account (located in the upper-right).
Tap or click Remove account (may require scrolling to the bottom).
