Manage Do Not Disturb Settings - DROID MAXX 2 BY MOTOROLA

Note Notes:

  • The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.

 

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Sound (Device section).
  2. Tap Do not disturb.
  3. Tap Priority only allows.
  4. Tap any of the following switches to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    • Alarms
    • Reminders
    • Events
    • Repeat callers
  5. Tap any of the following then select an option (e.g., From anyone, From contacts only, etc):
    • Messages
    • Calls
  6. Tap the Back icon Back icon (lower-left).
  7. Tap Automatic rules.
  8. Tap any of the following then configure as desired (e.g., Rule name, Start time, etc.):
    • Weekend
    • Weeknight
    • Event
    • Add rule

 

Change Do Not Disturb Setting

  1. Swipe down twice from the top of a Home screen.
  2. To change to Do not disturb, tap the current setting (Total silence, Alarms only, Priority only) once. Otherwise, tap twice.

  3. Tap the preferred setting.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Until you turn this off
    • For one hour
      Note Increase or decrease this time frame using the Add icon or Minus icon icons (located to the right).
  5. Tap Done (lower-right).
