Verizon Cloud - Windows® Desktop App - Restore Media Files

Use the 'Restore' process on the desktop app to download all media files; or the download process from the website to only download specific pictures, videos, music, etc. to your computer that are stored in Verizon Cloud.

  1. While signed into the Verizon Cloud desktop app, click Backup.
    Click Backup
  2. Click Restore.
    Click Restore
  3. Select a device to restore the files to then click Next.
    Click Next
  4. Select a location to store the files then click OK.
    Click OK
