The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.
From a Home screen, navigate:
From the Device section, tap
Sound & notification
then select one of the following:
Always interrupt (All)
Priority only (Priority)
Don't interrupt (None)
When "Priority only" or "Don't interrupt" is selected, tap an option (e.g., Indefinitely, For 8 hours, etc.) then tap
From the Priority interruptions section, tap any of the following
to turn on
Events and reminders
When Calls and/or Messages are turned on, tap
then select an option (e.g., Contacts only, etc.).
From the Downtime section:
select the preferred day(s), then tap
adjust the start time then tap
At least one day must be selected to ajust Start time and End time
adjust the end time then tap
