Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login / not receiving email issues.

From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon
> Settings.

From the PERSONAL section, tap Accounts.

Tap Corporate.

Tap the appropriate email account.

Tap the Menu icon
(located in the upper-right).

Tap Remove account.

Tap Remove account to confirm.
