Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Ellipsis® Kids

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login / not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings.
  2. From the PERSONAL section, tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. Tap the appropriate email account.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Vertical Menu (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap Remove account to confirm.
