Ensure the iPhone is set to network time.
Navigate: Settings > General > Date & Time then tap the Set Automatically switch to turn on .
Ensure the primary caregiver has the correct mobile number of the Gizmo device.
Primary caregiver follows the instructions on the app to enter the needed information.
If the Gizmo doesn't link to the primary caregiver, the caregiver is not communicating with the device.
If unable to link the Gizmo and the Wi-Fi is enabled on the primary carergiver's iPhone, turn Wi-Fi off and try linking again. Here are other possible causes:
Caregiver entered the wrong GizmoPal device mobile number.
