Note Notes:

  • The steps below only apply to iPhones running iOS 9.0 and higher.
  • To verify the current version of your app, do one of the following:
    Note Steps vary based on app version.
    • Tap the Menu icon (upper-left) then check Version number.
    • Tap More (lower-right) then tap About and check version number.

 

GizmoHub 2.x

GizmoHub 2.x 

  1. Tap the GizmoHub app.
    Note If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.
  2. From the Maps tab, tap Find. GizmoPal Search Icon
    Note Allow several seconds for location to be determined.

  3. If your phone is unable to locate the Gizmo, tap Troubleshoot and follow the steps.

  • Device must be powered on to be located.
  • Device must be in an area with Cellular service.
  • For more info on the GizmoHub 3.0 app, refer to GizmoHub FAQ's.

 

  1. Tap the GizmoHub app GizmoHub icon.
    Note If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.
  2. From the 'Dashboard' tab, tap the Locate icon Locate icon.
    Note Allow several seconds for location to be determined.
