Manage Photo Stories - Verizon Cloud - Apple® iPhone®

Note Notes:

  • Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  • Only pictures with the .jpg (.jpeg) file extension are used to create Smart Folders.
  • During the initial backup, a folder must have at least 5 pictures in .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format to generate a Smart Folder.
  • If more pictures are added to an existing folder that had less than 5 pictures in it during the initial backup a Smart Folder is still not created. Creation of a new folder is required.
  • New folders being backed up must have at least 5 pictures in the .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format.

 

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
    Tap the Navigation Menu Icon
  3. Tap Photos & Videos.
    Tap Photos & Videos
  4. Tap Stories.
    Tap Stories
  5. Select a story.
    Note To rename a story, refer to Rename Story.
    Select a Story
  6. Tap the Play Story icon.
    Tap the Play Story Icon
  7. If prompted, tap Download RealTimes to download the required RealTimes player app.
  8. View the story.
    View the Story
    Share It
    Save It
    Edit Scenes

Rename Story

  1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon (upper-right).
    Tap the Contextual Menu
  2. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  3. Select a story then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  4. Tap Rename Story.
    Tap Rename Story
  5. Enter a new name then tap OK.
    Tap OK

Share It

  1. Tap Share it.
    Tap Share it
  2. Enter the name of the Story then tap Save (upper-right).
    Tap Save
  3. Select an option to share the story (e.g., Airdrop, Facebook, Messages, etc.) then follow the on screen prompts.

  1. Tap Edit scenes.
    Tap Edit Scenes
  2. Tap the check mark to hide/show the picture during playback then tap Done.
    Note The picture displays during playback when the check mark is present.
    Tap Done
