Remove Connected Device (E911) - My Verizon Website

Note Notes:

  • To remove a connected device when selling, trading in or after a loss, follow these steps.
  • The steps below don't apply while using the web browser on a phone or tablet and must be completed from a computer.

 

  1. From a computer, visit the Manage connected devices page.
    Note If necessary, sign in using the User ID or 10-digit mobile number and password then click Sign in.
  2. If prompted, from the 'Here's what to do' screen, click OK (located at the middle).

  3. Click Manage.

  4. From the Connected Devices list, select the desired connected device.
  5. Drag the image of the device in any direction until the minus sign appears (upper-left).

  6. From the confirmation screen, click Got It, Thanks.
