Configure Corporate Email (Formerly RemoSync)

Note User settings (e.g., - server name, username, password, etc.) are normally provided by the Microsoft Exchange administrator. The user's Exchange account must be configured to allow Exchange ActiveSync access or connection errors will occur.

 

  1. From Get It Now, select Tools on the Go then press OK.
  2. Select RemoSync then press OK.
  3. Press OK.
  4. Select the desired Exchange server type then press OK.
  5. Select the desired time zone then press OK.
  6. Enter the correct Exchange server address then press OK.
  7. Choose whether to enable encryption settings then press OK.
  8. Enter the correct Exchange user name then press OK.
  9. Enter the password for the Exchange user account then press OK.
  10. Enter the domain for the Exchange server then press OK.
  11. Choose and enter a 4-digit PIN for RemoSync then press OK.
  12. Re-enter the same 4-digit PIN then press OK.
  13. On the warning screen, press OK.
  14. Select the desired items to sync (e.g., email, contacts, etc.) then press the left soft key to choose Next.
  15. Select the desired sync conflicts resolution then press OK.
  16. Select the desired Contacts name format then press OK.
  17. Press OK to sync.
