User settings (e.g., - server name, username, password, etc.) are normally provided by the Microsoft Exchange administrator. The user's Exchange account must be configured to allow Exchange ActiveSync access or connection errors will occur.
- From Get It Now, select Tools on the Go then press OK.
- Select RemoSync then press OK.
- Press OK.
- Select the desired Exchange server type then press OK.
- Select the desired time zone then press OK.
- Enter the correct Exchange server address then press OK.
- Choose whether to enable encryption settings then press OK.
- Enter the correct Exchange user name then press OK.
- Enter the password for the Exchange user account then press OK.
- Enter the domain for the Exchange server then press OK.
- Choose and enter a 4-digit PIN for RemoSync then press OK.
- Re-enter the same 4-digit PIN then press OK.
- On the warning screen, press OK.
- Select the desired items to sync (e.g., email, contacts, etc.) then press the left soft key to choose Next.
- Select the desired sync conflicts resolution then press OK.
- Select the desired Contacts name format then press OK.
- Press OK to sync.
