Verizon Cloud - Website - Find / Remove Duplicate Contacts

Note Only compatible info is synced to the device.

  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, click Account.

  3. Click Verizon Cloud.

  4. Click Contacts.
    Click Contacts
  5. Click the Search icon (magnifying glass).

  6. Select an option from the search type dropdown menu, enter the identifying info of the duplicate contacts (i.e., name, phone number, etc.) then click the Search icon:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    Click the Search icon
  7. Select a contact then click the Delete icon (the trash can).
    Note Contact is selected when a check mark is present.
    Click the Delete Icon
  8. Click Delete to confirm.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click the back arrow.
    Click the Back Arrow
  11. Click the Sync icon.
    Click Sync Contacts
