Enter Mobile Numbers in Setup Process - GizmoPal® 2 by LG

Note The first step of the Hub app tells you to make sure you have done the following:

  • Charged the Gizmo
  • Turned the Gizmo on
  • Activated the Gizmo

caution If you do not enter the mobile numbers for both the Gizmo and the caregiver/contact's smartphone in the appropriate steps, you cannot contact the Gizmo device from your smartphone.


  1. During the setup process, enter the Gizmo's mobile number then tap Next.
    Note The Gizmo's mobile number will be the first number you enter; the number of your smartphone is entered in the next step.

  2. Enter the mobile number of the Smartphone you are currently using for the setup process then enter again to confirm.
    Note Your phone number may auto-populate in the first entry field; if so, just enter in the next field to confirm.

  3. Tap Your relationship then choose the best option from the list.
  4. Tap Next (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap OK.

  6. Follow the remaining on-screen steps to activate and link the Gizmo to your Smartphone.
