PRIV™ by BlackBerry® - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon.
  2. Tap Personal.
    Note Multiple POP/IMAP accounts may appear.
  3. Tap the appropriate account (email address).
  4. Tap the Menu icon Action overflow icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
