Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon Apps icon (lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon.
    Linote If necessary, tap Verizon then tap Voicemail.
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap Menu (lower-right).
  4. Tap Refresh.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone (lower-left).
    Note If not available, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Phone.
  2. From the Keypad (green icon located at the bottom), touch and hold the number 1.
    Note Alternate method: Enter *86 (*VM) then tap the Send icon.
  3. If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    Note If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Note If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
