Samsung Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016) - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync MS Exchange icon.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-right).
    Note For Prepaid device, tap More.
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
