From the main screen, select MENU.
Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
- Select Messaging.
- Press the left soft key to choose Settings.
- Select Entry Mode.
- Select an option (e.g., Abc, ABC, XT9 Word, etc.) then select OK.
