HTC 10™ - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts & sync (Personal section).
  2. From the 'Accounts for' section, select the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  3. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
  4. To confirm, review the info then tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
