Find My Mobile - Samsung Galaxy Note® Edge

Note Notes:

  • The Find My Mobile service allows users to manage and control their missing device remotely using the Find My Mobile website.
  • Network connection (Cellular and/or Wi-Fi) is required to enable and disable Anti-Theft Protection on the device.


To register and activate the device for the Find My Mobile service:

  1. Ensure you're signed in with your Samsung account.
    Note To add a Samsung account, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts > Add Account > Samsung account then follow the prompts.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Security.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  3. From the "Find My Mobile" section, tap the Remote controls switch to turn on Switch On icon or off Switch Off icon.
    Note Remote controls must be on to utilize the Find My Mobile service.
  4. Enter the Samsung account password then tap Confirm (located in the lower-right).
  5. Tap Google location service to turn on or off.
    Note Location must be on for the device to be remotely located.
  6. Tap Reactivation lock to turn on or off.
    Note Reactivation lock prevents the missing device from being reactivated.
    Note This setting must be turned off before a warranty exchange is processed.
  7. From the Reactivation lock prompt, tap OK.
