  1. Check for proper installation:
    1. Ensure the phone is properly plugged into a functional AC outlet (if not connected via Power over Ethernet (PoE)).
    2. Ensure the Ethernet cable is plugged into the Ethernet port on the back of the phone.
    3. Ensure the switch or hub in your network is operational.
  2. Check phone status to view network WAN IP address to confirm that the device has received an IP address from the router.
    • T41 model:
      Note Navigate: Menu > Status > IP address
    • T41S/SW, T42S and T46S/SW models:
      Note Navigate: Menu > Status > IPv4 Address / IPv6 Address
    • T46/46G model:
      Note Navigate: Menu > Status > IPv4
    • T49 model:

    • CP860 conference model:
