Manage Calendar Events - Apple® iPad®

If you want to add, delete or edit info in your iPad's calendar, view this info.

Note Notes:

  • You can add, edit, or delete events in your calendar directly from your phone and these changes can be synced with your computer or desired accounts (e.g., iCloud, Gmail, etc.).
  • Refer to this Apple support page for more info on iPhone Calendar.

 

From a Home screen, tap Calendar Calendar icon.

Add an Event

  1. Tap the event date.
  2. Tap the Add icon Calendar add icon.
  3. Enter the details of the appointment (e.g., Starts, Ends, Repeat).
    Note You can choose the calendar the event is added to; if not changed, it is added to the default calendar.
  4. Tap Add (located in the upper-right).

Edit an Event

  1. Tap the event that you want to change.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Edit the details of the appointment (e.g., Starts, Ends, Repeat).

Delete an Event

  1. Tap the event you want to delete.
  2. Tap Delete Event.
  3. To confirm, tap Delete Event.
