Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone - Activate HD Voice

Note Notes:

  • HD Voice feature includes fax and home security system support and improved voice quality. No cost for customers to add feature to their account.
  • HD Voice requires both parties to:
    • be in Verizon 4G LTE coverage area
    • have HD voice capable devices and be set up for HD Voice calling.
  • The voice portion of the call is billed per minute of use.

Activate via My Verizon Website

  1. Sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the Products & Apps page, locate HD Voice feature then click Get it now.

Activate via Calling Customer Care

Call customer care (*611) to add HD Voice feature.
