One Talk℠ Portal - Update Calling ID Name

Caution Customers are not able to make outbound calls when special characters (e.g., "&" or "-") are used in the Calling ID Name field.

  1. Sign into My Business.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.
    Note To navigate, mouse over each option.

  4. From the quick tasks section, click Set Up User Info.

  5. From the 'Update User Info' tab, click the appropriate phone number.
    Note If no numbers are present on this screen, change the 'Filter By:' drop down box to a longer period of time.

  7. Enter the desired Calling ID Name then click Submit.
