My Verizon app - Manage International Plan and View Usage

Note Notes:

  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
  • Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).

Manage International Plan

  1. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.

  3. Tap My Plan.
    Note If prompted, sign in to your account.

  4. From the International tab, view your current plan or tap Add new plan (at the bottom; may require scrolling).

  5. From the 'What type of international plan do you need' page, select one of the following then tap Next ( at the bottom):
  6. Follow the prompts to add the desired plan.

View International Data Usage

  1. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Data Hub.
  3. From the International tab, view the usage info.
