T41 Factory Reset

  1. Press the Menu soft key.
    Press Menu
  2. Select Settings.
    Select Settings
  3. Select Advanced.
    Select Advanced
  4. Enter the password.
    Note The default password is 'admin'.
    Note Use the keypad to enter characters. For example, 'admin' is entered as 2 3 6 444 66.
    Enter password
  5. Select Reset to factory settings.
    Select Reset to Factory settings
  6. Select Full Reset.
    Select Full Reset
  7. Select OK.
    Select OK
  8. Desk phone begins the initialization process.
    Note The process may take up to 15 minutes.

  9. After successful activation the 911 notification screen displays. Press OK.

    Note If necessary, tap the entry mode button (?123 / ABC) to switch between numbers and letters.

  5. Tap Reset to Factory Settings.
  6. Select OK to confirm.
  7. The desk phone begins the initialization process.
    Note The process may take up to 15 minutes.
  8. From the 911 notification screen, tap OK.
    Note The 911 screen displays after successful activation.

  1. From the main screen, press the Navigational button (located in the middle) on the W56HV Handset then select Settings.
    Note Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
    Select Settings
  2. Select System Settings.
    Select System Settings
  3. Select Base Reset.
    Select Base Reset
  4. Select Full Reset.
    Select Full Reset
  5. Enter the 4 digit PIN using the device keypad (default is 0000) then select Done (Right soft key).

  6. Select Yes to confirm.

  7. From the phone displays reboot screen select Exit and wait for Reboot to complete.
