One Talkā„  Mobile App - Place a Conference Call

Note Notes:

  • Wi-Fi calls always originate in the U.S., even when you're outside of the U.S.
    • Calls to U.S. numbers are not billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
    • Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.

 

Follow the steps below to make a Conference call from your:

 

Mobile App / Enhanced Dialer (Samsung Galaxy S6 / S7)

  1. Open the One Talk app.
  2. Tap the Keypad icon Keypad icon.
  3. From the Keypad tab, enter the desired 10-digit number then tap the Phone icon Phone icon.
    Caution Don't prefix the dialed number with a '9' as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a '9' is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
  4. Tap New Line (lower-right).

  5. From the keypad, enter a 10-digit number then tap the Phone icon Phone icon.
  6. Drag the preferred call to merge.

    Note When the image below appears, both calls are in conference.

  7. To disconnect the call, tap the End icon End icon.

Enhanced Dialer (Samsung Galaxy S9 / S9+)

  1. While on a call, tap Add a call.
    Tap Add a call
  2. Enter the desired number to call then tap the Phone icon to place the call.
    Enter next number then tap the Phone icon
  3. Tap Merge to create a conference call.

  4. Repeat steps 2-3 to add more participants (up to 6 total participants).
    Note When the call screen shows "Conference", all calls are connected.

iOS or Android Native Dialer

  1. While on a call, tap Add Call.
  2. Enter the appropriate 10-digit number to call.
  3. Tap the Phone icon to place the call.
  4. Tap Merge to establish a conference.
