Note Notes:

  • When a number or contact is blocked, calls are sent to voicemail, but no voicemail notifications are received. Messages that are sent or received won't be delivered.

Block Multiple Contacts

 

Block / Unblock a Contact

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone app Phone icon.
  2. From Recents, tap the Info icon Information icon next to the contact or number.
    Note Alternatively, tap Contacts then select the preferred contact. 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen then tap Block this Caller.
    Note To unblock, tap Unblock this caller.
  4. Tap Block Contact.

Block / Unblock Multiple Contacts

  1. From a Home screen, tap Settings Settings icon > Phone.
  2. Tap Blocked Contacts.
    Note For devices running iOS 12.4 or lower, tap Call Blocking & Identification.
  3. Tap Add New... then enter preferred contact(s) by typing in search box or scrolling through the list.
    Note For devices running iOS 12.4 or lower, tap Block Contact.. then enter the preferred contact.
    Note To unblock a contact:
    1. Tap Edit (upper-right).
    2. Tap the red minus icon Red minus icon to the right of the preferred contacts.
    3. Tap Unblock to confirm then tap Done (upper-right).
