Apple® iPhone® - Manage Calendar Events

Note Notes:

  • You can add, edit, or delete events in your calendar directly from your phone and these changes can be synced with your computer or desired accounts (e.g., iCloud, Gmail, etc.).

Add an Event

  1. From a Home screen, tap Calendar.
  2. Select the event date then tap the Add icon Calendar add icon (upper-right).
  3. Enter the details of the appointment (e.g., Starts, Ends, etc.).
    Note You can choose the calendar the event is added to; if not changed, it is added to the default calendar.
  4. Tap Add (upper-right).

Edit an Event

  1. From a Home screen, tap Calendar.
  2. Tap the event that you want to change then tap Edit (upper-right).
  3. Edit the details of the appointment (e.g., Starts, Ends, etc.) then tap Done (upper-right).

Delete an Event

  1. From a Home screen, tap Calendar.
  2. Tap the event you want to delete then tap Delete Event (at the bottom).
  3. To confirm, tap Delete Event.
    Note If this is a recurring event, options to delete may vary.
