ASUS ZenPad™ Z10 - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts (Personal section).
  2. Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal (IMAP), etc.).
  3. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Review the notification then tap Remove account to confirm.
