Apple® iPhone® - Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Note Notes:

  • Contact your Exchange / IT Admin for assistance with server info and credentials.
  • The steps below apply to the following models:
    • iPhone X / XS / XS Max / XR 
    • iPhone 8 / 8 Plus
    • iPhone 7 / 7 Plus
    • iPhone SE
    • iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 6s / 6s Plus
    • iPhone 5s

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings Icon > Passwords & Accounts.
    Note If unavailable, navigate: Settings > Accounts & Passwords
  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Tap Exchange.
  4. Enter the appropriate info into the following fields then tap Next:
    • Email
    • Description
  5. Ensure that the appropriate info is entered into the following fields then tap Next:
    • Email
    • Server
    • Domain
    • Username
    • Password
    • Description
  6. Tap the switch(es) to turn the following sync options on Switch On or off Switch Off:
    Note The available options may vary.
    • Mail
    • Contacts
    • Calendars
    • Reminders
  7. Tap Save.
