Cancel Mobile Web Subscriptions

Warning Caution:

  • Due to an industry change around internet privacy and security, you may be unable to access certain HTML secure pages (HTTPS/SSL) with Mobile Web.
  • Additionally, effective 12/29/2016, My Verizon mobile, is inaccessible as a part of this change. Manage your account by visiting from your computer or dial the following #functions on your device: #BAL (#225) for current account balance, #PMT (#768) to make a payment.

  1. Launch the Mobile Web browser.
  2. From the VZW Today home page, select Verizon Services.
    Note Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Select Manage Subscriptions.
  5. Select the desired subscription.
  6. Select Unsubscribe.
  7. Select Yes to confirm.
