Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Moto G Play

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon.
  2. Tap Corporate.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. To confirm, tap Remove account.
