Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield - Add a Personal Email Account

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Tap an email type (e.g., Email, Google, Personal [IMAP], etc.) then if prompted, tap the account type.
  4. Enter the email address then tap Next.
  5. Enter the password then tap Next.
  6. If presented, tap the appropriate account type (e.g., POP3, IMAP, etc.).
    1. Enter the appropriate info (e.g., username, password, security type, etc.) then tap Next.
    2. Enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap Next.
      Note If you're not sure what your server info is, here are some common personal email server addresses. Contact your email provider if additional assistance is needed or your server info isn't listed.
    3. Configure account options as appropriate then tap the Next icon.
      Note Depending upon the email account type, the available options may vary.
    4. Enter an account name if desired then tap Done.
      Note If presented, ensure a name is entered for outgoing messages.
  7. To continue, review the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy then tap I Agree.
