Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Tap Email Email icon.
  3. Tap the email type then the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu (upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
