Manually Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield
Contact your Exchange / IT Administrator for assistance with server info and credentials.
From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Accounts (Personal section).
Tap Add account (located in the upper-right).
Enter your corporate email address and password then tap MANUAL SETUP (located in the lower-left).
Enter the appropriate info into the following fields then tap Next:
If presented with a Remote security administration prompt, tap OK to confirm.
Configure the account options (e.g., Sync frequency, etc.) as necessary then tap Next.
If presented with an Activate device administrator screen, tap Activate.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the applied security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
Device encryption can exceed 60 minutes. If prompted, connect your phone to a charging device to begin (battery charge must be at 80% or greater).
