Manually Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield

Note Contact your Exchange / IT Administrator for assistance with server info and credentials.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts (Personal section).
  2. Tap Add account Add icon (located in the upper-right).
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap MANUAL SETUP (located in the lower-left).
  5. Enter the appropriate info into the following fields then tap Next:
    • Domain
    • Username
    • Password
    • Server
    • Port
    • Security type
  6. If presented with a Remote security administration prompt, tap OK to confirm.
  7. Configure the account options (e.g., Sync frequency, etc.) as necessary then tap Next.
  8. If presented with an Activate device administrator screen, tap Activate.
    Note Follow the on-screen steps to complete the applied security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
    Note Device encryption can exceed 60 minutes. If prompted, connect your phone to a charging device to begin (battery charge must be at 80% or greater).
  9. If desired, enter an account name then tap Next.
