Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield - Move Music Files from Device

This helps you move or transfer music between your device and a computer/PC.

Caution Only DRM free or unprotected music can be transferred via this method.

Note Notes:

  1. Connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
    1. If necessary, touch and hold the Status bar (area at the top of the phone screen with the time, signal strength, etc.) then drag to the bottom.

    2. Tap the USB icon then select File transfers.
      Tap the USB icon
  2. Launch File Explorer or Windows Explorer.
    Note Using the computer keyboard, press Windows+E (Windows Key Logo+E keys.
    Note Alternatively, right-click Start then click Open File Explorer or Windows Explorer.
  3. Using Explorer, navigate: E6810 > "Internal storage" or "SD card" > Music.
  4. Utilize the computer to copy music files into the desired location on the computer's hard drive.
    Note For any accompanying artwork in JPEG format, rename the art file albumart.jpg and copy into the same folder as the music files.
  5. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
