Verizon Ellipsis 8® HD - Clear App Cache

If your device runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze when running them, clearing the cached data may help.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Application manager (Device section).
  2. Locate then tap the appropriate app.
  3. Tap CLEAR CACHE.
    Note This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Storage (Device section).
  2. Tap Internal storage.
  3. Tap Cached data.
  4. Tap OK to confirm.
